Refund policy

  1. Refund/Cancellation/Postponement of Application Fee
    Once the processing of a personal loan application and related services has begun, the application fees are non-refundable.
     
  2. Rescheduling a Personal Loan Application
    If a customer needs to reschedule their personal loan application, they can do so by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting a nearby branch. Please be aware that the application fee is non-refundable.
     
  3. Refunds in Special Circumstances
    In rare and exceptional cases, the company may, at its discretion, offer a refund of the payment made by the customer.
     
  4. Verification of Refund Request through Documentation
    The company has the right to request certain documents, such as the customer’s Identity Card, to confirm the customer’s identity during the refund process.
     
  5. Rejection of Refund Requests
    The company may refuse a refund request if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the request is fraudulent, illegal, or connected to any criminal activity.
