Applying for a loan is easy! Simply visit our homepage, select the loan amount, and click the "Apply Now" button.

To qualify for a loan, you must meet certain criteria such as being at least 21 years old, having a stable source of income, and being a Malaysian citizen.

You need to provide your identification card (IC) and a valid bank account number under your name.

You will receive the money in the bank account you provided in your loan application form.

We process your application within a few hours during our working hours. If you apply at night, we will process your application the next day.

 All you need is a valid MyKad and an active phone number for verification.

Here’s how the process works from beginning to end:

  1. Complete the application form on our website (you’ll just need a valid MyKad).
  2. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an SMS notification from AmanahKredit.
  3. Review the loan amount and terms offered. If you're satisfied with the terms, sign the contract using a one-time OTP.
  4. After signing the contract, the funds will be transferred to your bank account as quickly as possible.

For repeat applications, you don’t need to fill out the form again — simply log into your Tambadana account to check your personalized loan options. Review and select the one that best fits your needs!

 AmanahKredit offers financial support to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Employed
  • Possess a valid MyKad
  • Have an active bank account with any Malaysian bank

It’s not possible to select the loan amount and term in advance. Based on your application results, the system will automatically determine the loan terms we can offer you.

To check your available loan offers, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on AmanahKredit.
  2. For a first loan: Fill out the loan application to view the available offer. If the loan amount and terms suit you, proceed by signing the contract via OTP.
  3. For a repeat loan: You can directly view available offers. If you are satisfied with the loan terms, proceed by signing the contract using OTP.

To qualify for a loan with higher monthly payments in the future, make sure to repay your current loan in full and on time. This is crucial for building a good credit history.

It is not possible to choose the loan amount and repayment period in advance. Based on the results of your application, the system will automatically determine the loan terms we can offer you.

For the first loan, the amount ranges from RM 300 to RM 5,000, with a repayment period of up to 1 month, depending on the outcome of your application. Once you have repaid the first loan, you can apply for a new loan with a higher amount.

The specific loan terms available to you will be determined by our automated system after reviewing the information you provide in your application. We do not set a fixed loan amount or repayment period in advance; instead, we tailor the offer to best suit your needs and financial situation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to increase the loan amount that has been offered. To be eligible for a higher limit in the future, please ensure that you repay your current loan on time.

Yes, as part of the loan application process, you are required to provide two reference contacts. These references help us verify your information and expedite the approval process.

Make sure the contacts you provide are reachable and aware that they might be contacted. This will speed up the verification and increase the likelihood of a successful application.

If you have previously applied for a loan using the same bank account number but a different mobile number, you will not be eligible to apply for a new loan.

To ensure the funds are transferred to the correct bank account, double-check your account number. Here are a few ways to find your bank account number:

  1. Use your bank’s official mobile application.
  2. Check your bank statement.

Once your loan application is approved, the interest rate will not exceed 18% per year (without the need for collateral). This means the maximum annual interest rate for your loan will be 18%.

To apply for a loan, you need to provide your personal information, including your bank account details. You can open an account or card at any bank, and it won’t take much time. After that, you can submit your loan application through our website.

The loan amount you receive is automatically calculated by our system based on the details provided in your application. For example, if you applied for RM 5,000 but were approved for RM 500, it means that—based on your current profile—this is the amount you qualify for. Unfortunately, this amount cannot be adjusted.

To become eligible for higher loan amounts in the future, make sure to repay your current loan on time. A strong repayment record will help build your credit history with AmanahKredit and improve your chances of receiving larger loan offers later.

The amount transferred to your bank account is the actual disbursement amount. It may be less than the total approved loan amount because certain service fees are deducted upfront.

Here’s how it works:

  • Approved Loan Amount: The full amount granted, including both the cash disbursement and any applicable fees.
  • Disbursement Amount: The amount you actually receive after deducting fees such as processing and stamping charges. These fees help us maintain and operate the service.
  • Repayment Amount: The total sum you are required to repay by the due date, as outlined in your loan agreement.

No need to worry if a new loan offer hasn’t shown up yet. Amanahkredit is currently reviewing your profile to prepare a personalized offer tailored to your financial situation. As soon as it’s ready, you’ll be notified via your registered mobile number.

While your offer is being prepared, you may see a message indicating that your account is under verification.

To find out the details of your personalized loan offer, simply log in to your AmanahKredit account and submit a request. You’ll then see the loan amount you qualify for and the total repayment amount according to the proposed terms. If you agree with the offer, you can proceed by signing the contract using a one-time OTP code.

You should normally get your One-Time Password (OTP) shortly after entering your phone number. Please make sure the number you provided is correct. If you don’t receive the code within a minute, tap the "Resend" button on the verification screen to request a new one. If you're still having trouble after a few tries, wait for an hour and try again.

Note: If the phone number you registered is no longer active, unfortunately, it can't be changed at the moment as our system doesn’t support phone number updates. We’re working on adding this feature in the future.

Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your loan application at this time. We understand this may be disappointing, and we would like to provide the possible reasons behind this decision:

  • Please ensure the national ID you provided is correct and belongs to you.
  • A history of late payments or defaults with other financial institutions can affect your creditworthiness.
  • If your current loans or external financing exceed your borrowing limit, it may result in a loan rejection.

If your application was declined, reapplying is not possible. Thank you for considering us, and we wish you the best in finding an appropriate solution for your financial needs.

If you haven't signed the contract, your loan application will be automatically canceled. However, if the loan has been approved and the funds have been transferred, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you'll need to repay the full loan amount to complete the loan process.

The due date is the final day by which you need to make the payment to avoid it being considered late. You can easily check this date by logging into your account on our website.

It’s crucial to make your loan repayment on time, as specified in your loan agreement. Failure to do so will result in additional fees and penalties.

Congratulations if you're ready to pay off your loan! It's an important financial step. You can pay off your loan early without any penalties. However, please note that we do not offer discounts, rebates, or refunds for early repayment.
